Trim Area Overview

Each Redline Floor Mat is designed with two specific trim zones to accommodate manual transmission setups:

If your truck has an automatic transmission, no shifter section trimming is required.

  • Trim Area A – For Kenworth W990 Manual Transmission trucks
  • Trim Area B – For Kenworth T680 / T880 Manual Transmission and Peterbilt 579 / 567 Manual Transmission trucks

How to Trim Your Floor Mat

  1. Locate the indented rounded square in the center section on your Redline mat.
  2. Carefully trim along the marked line for your truck’s model (Trim Area A or B).
  3. Use a sharp utility knife, razor blade, or pair of scissors for the cleanest cut.
  4. Trim slowly and with control, the material in this section is intentionally thinner for easy customization, but cutting too aggressively may result in over-trimming.
Be careful during trimming: Once the mat is cut, it cannot be repaired.
